Mindfulness Practices for Uncertain Times

These recordings are freely offered and were made as part of a mindfulness training program developed for Hunter Local Lands Services.

In the spirit of mindfulness and compassion, these recordings are not perfect, I apologise for that and hope that in a small way the practices may be helpful.
