To help meet the uncertainty of change on the planet and the stress many of us are feeling deeply, we are offering a weekly guided online mindfulness meditation each Tuesday 7pm to 8pm (Sydney time) via Zoom commencing 24/3/20.

Wendy Haynes and Lisa Brown will facilitate the practices inspired by the Mindfulness Based Stress Reduction program (MBSR).
