Are you experiencing increasing stress both personally and in community?
In recent times our mental, physical and emotional health has been impacted by climate disasters and the effects of Covid-19.
Join us for a two day workshop to gather in community and find balance in an ever-changing world.
In partnership with OzGREEN, this workshop is supported by the North Coast Primary Health Network.
Most of us have been impacted in some way by fires, floods and Covid. During the 2 day gathering facilitators will draw upon knowledge and wisdom from western psychology together with gentle mindfulness and compassion skills and tools that can reduce stress and help connect with a sense of peace and calm.
Bernard Kelly-Edwards is a Gumbayngirr man who weaves story and experiential exercises to guide us deeply into conversation and connection. Being First Nations, Bernard offers a perspective essential for a changing world.
Jude Baderle and Lisa Brown facilitate mindfulness and compassion practices, relaxation exercises, techniques, and discussions to help reduce stress and guide you to find inner balance. They bring a mix of western psychology and ancient wisdom practices in a supportive, creative, and gentle way.
Past workshop participants have laughed and cried, made new connections, and found a renewed sense of aliveness and ability.
